For a while, I lost the spark when it came to creating content. I have found it again. Here's how you can do the same in your situation.

Two key moments and tips just for you. Don't let wait too long.

Well hello there,

The last two months

Has been a heck of a story.

Travelled to San Francisco, Amsterdam, London, and Paris.

It was hard to keep up writing newsletters and daily LinkedIn posts.

But I got through it.

And honestly, writing content became draining.

It turned into more of a chore than a passion.

And it wasn't just because of the travels.

I also started limiting the number of coachees I took on.

So what changed? Where did I get this renewed spark?

Here's what reignited my passion:

  1. Connecting with strangers: At these work events, having strangers come up to me and say they love my content was incredibly motivating. Knowing my words were resonating with people I'd never met was a powerful reminder of why I started this journey.

  2. Engaging with my community: Just chatting with my community and helping them navigate their career challenges brought back the joy and energy. These conversations reminded me my purpose wasn't just to produce content but to genuinely help as many people as I could.

The lesson here?

It is easy to lose sight of why we start something when it becomes routine.

But reconnecting with your purpose and the people you are impacting can reignite that spark.

If you are feeling burnt out or disconnected, take a step back and remind yourself of your "why."

If you don't know "why" - then maybe you don't belong there.

Sometimes, making a bold move is the only way to find your spark again.

On that note, thank you so much for being part of my journey.

Let's keep pushing forward together!
