Hiya,
Ever wondered if there's more to life than what it is now?
Four months ago, I embarked on a journey that completely transformed my perspective. I took massive action.
That is when I found my purpose and my passion.
Passion is what gets your juices flowing - the thing that excites you and makes you feel good. Passion is for YOU.
Purpose is the reason behind what you do - the action to your passion. Purpose is for OTHERS.
But why does it matter? Sure, living on autopilot might be easier. But it leaves you vulnerable when things don't go your way. Without a sense of purpose, we fall into the trap of mindless distractions (binging on shows, eating junk food, scrolling on our phones, etc.) to numb our pain and emptiness.
To find anything, you need to move with intention.
The path to finding your purpose and your passion is an eye-opening journey. You start to question all your past decisions. You then start to question your sanity - asking yourself "How in the world are people OK with this lifestyle?"
The kicker is that you go down a rabbit hole, questioning all the information thrown at you. And you soon realize that society has shaped you into exactly who they want you to be.
So what is Mary's purpose and passion?
These do not have to be set in stone. You just need to start somewhere.
The thing we give to the world is the thing we needed the most.
I am passionate about helping individuals grow professionally. Too many are caught up in what they think they have to do. Ultimately becoming a shell of themselves.
Corporations have taken advantage for far too long. They need us more than we need them. Once you realize this, you will never see your job the same again.
My purpose is to guide 500K corporate professionals to unleash their potential and purpose within the corporate landscape.
We don't need to climb these ladders. We will build our own.

Your Roadmap to Discovery:
STEP 1: Self-Reflection
Your purpose and passion are already inside of you. You just need to find it. What makes you lose track of time? What gives you a sense of fulfillment? Write these down!
Don’t become too preoccupied with what is happening around you. Pay more attention to what is going on within you.
STEP 2: Try New Things
Exploration is key. Each new experience is a lesson in what energizes you and what doesn't. This is one of the reasons I job-hop. And now I have a repository of my likes and dislikes.
You never know what you can do until you try, and very few try unless they have to.
STEP 3: Look for Patterns
This is when self-reflection + trying new things merge. What consistently draws your interest? What do people come to you for advice about?
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.
STEP 4: Ask Around
Others often see things in us that we can't see for ourselves. Seek perspectives from friends, family, mentors and peers.
Sometimes you can't see yourself clearly until you see yourself through the eyes of others.
STEP 5: Educate Yourself
Immerse yourself in knowledge. Read books, follow inspiring people, and be endlessly curious.
If you are lost, the answer is education.
If you are educated, the answer is action.
If you are acting, the answer is consistency.
STEP 6: Set Small Goals, Dream Big
Start with small, actionable projects. Test and learn. Remember, momentum breeds confidence. The only limitation here is your imagination.
So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.
Take the First Step
Your journey to self-discovery and achieving your true potential is just one decision away.
Do you dare to explore, dream and bring it to life?
Here's to unlocking your true potential,
Mary F
